When I was living with my grandparents I would wake up to church bells and birds and it was wonderful. We have a bell, of sorts, here - there is an elementary school across the road - so we have a morning bell, recess bell, lunch bell... Somehow it just isn't the same. Since you will be flying into Calgary (if I remember correctly, and my brain is a bit thesis-fried right now so I could definitely be wrong) I will give you a brief weather report for 10am: Here in Calgary it is overcast and a balmy 12 degrees.
